Smoking

All our properties are non-smoking, also no candles or incense please. If you smoke inside there will be a $250 cleaning charge. Please no smoking within 25'from building.

We offer complimentary wifi.

Minimum Stay

A 4-night minimum stay is required between May 25th and October 15th.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 4pm to 11:30 pm. Let us know if you will be checking in after 12am. Check out is 10am our cleaners will be there soon after 10am.

Cancellations and Changes

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

While Staying

Guest should clean what they use. No overnight guest other than what is listed at the time of reservation . You dirty it, you clean it! Put dirty linens in hamper and start the washing machine before leaving. Put trash in the dumpster provided. Leave bed spread folded on bed. Cleaner will wash and sanitize.
